Site performance management solutions provider AlertSite announced yesterday that it has launched DéjàCapture, a new product enhancement to its transaction recorder and playback system, DéjàClick.

The company's enhancement is available for free to all DéjàClick customers.

DéjàCapture enables customers to take a visual snapshot of the online activities on their website when an error or alert occurs.

The product captures the screen image, the header information and the source code, enabling the user to view the screen rendering of when the error occurred and scour the data to discover the root causes.

Ken Gross, president and CEO of AlertSite says "the visual nature of this product feature has been excitedly embraced by our customers using DéjàClick, the best monitoring platform in the industry".

Gross added "this is another example of how AlertSite continues to serve our customers' needs through an ongoing process of system enhancements and adjustments to changing Internet technology."

AlertSite's Business Transaction Monitor with DéjàClick is the first inside-the-browser transaction record and playback system that uses TrueUser browser content capture to monitor Web application performance.

AlertSite's product offers an authentic Internet experience, observing the Web page content from a desktop user's perspective.

By automating the scripting process used to monitor Web transactions, DéjàClick helps customers save time and money.
