Server automation and virtualization software provider SWsoft has released its PEM Solution for Hosted Exchange.

PEM enables Web hosting companies and service providers to rapidly deploy business class email and collaboration to their retail customers.

The PEM Solution for Hosted Exchange automates all back-office functions associated with Microsoft's Hosted Messaging and Collaboration to deliver a seamless customer experience for hosted Exchange and SharePoint.

SWsoft has already worked with several service providers, such as ExchangeMyMail and Pacificnet Hosting to deploy business class email and collaboration using the Microsoft Hosted Messaging and Collaboration platform coupled with PEM.

"The PEM Solution for Hosted Exchange provided a way for us to quickly launch a fully automated Hosted Exchange and SharePoint," says David Grantz, chief technical officer at ExchangeMyMail.

"After we purchased our hardware and installed the operating systems, the PEM support team remotely installed the software, configured our storefront, and set up our service plan offerings. This allowed us to begin testing within a few weeks."

The PEM Solution for Hosted Exchange is a bundled package that includes installation, pre-defined configurations, hardware requirements, and packaged software.

The new hosted Exchange solution will be demonstrated at SWsoft's upcoming Global Hosting Partner Summit, held at the Hyatt Dulles in Herndon, Virginia from May 30 to June 1.
