Third party Web hosting software developer 4PSA said on yesterday that it has released a new version of 4PSA Integrator, an application management tool for Plesk-based servers.

4PSA Integrator 2.0.0 includes 39 popular open source tools such as Gallery, Typo, Mambo, phpAdsNew, WordPress, phpWiki, osCommerce and Google Sitemaps. The newest additions are Zencart, SugarCRM and Joomla.

The company says the latest version of 4PSA Integrator simplifies the Web tools upgrade and improves the automatic PHP settings management.

"Even a novice user can install what he wants, where he wants, in a heartbeat," says Florin Mihalache, senior software developer for 4PSA.

"The hosting company does not have to make global, potentially insecure settings to the PHP configuration. 4PSA Integrator is able to automatically manage safe_mode, register_globals and open_basedir in the installation context."

4PSA Integrator 2.0.0 is compatible with Plesk 7.5 Reloaded and Plesk 7 Reloaded and runs on all Linux and UNIX operating systems supported by Plesk. Plesk is the flagship control panel of hosting automation software developer SWsoft.
