Certification firm Thawte announced at the ISPCon Sprint Event last week in Baltimore that it would enter into a new agreement with Web hosting automation software developer SWsoft.

Thawte says SWsoft will enter the company's reseller program, providing thawte's product line to resellers of its own from among its base of more than 10,000 customers in more than 100 countries.

"One of the key reasons for SWsoft choosing thawte as a CA is due to our thawte in-a-box rapid integration tool," says Ilse Baxter, director of business development at thawte.

"This is a Flash based tool developed by highly skilled thawte engineers and is specifically focused on the enrollment processes when partners' customers are purchasing and renewing products. It can easily be integrated into a Partner's Web site within minutes as opposed to weeks."

Thawte says there is no limit to the number of resellers that SWsoft can have.
