as a distinct unit of U.S. NetworX.
"Acquiring such a well-established company as Turnkey Hosting allows us to strengthen our revenue base and service offerings, and positions us for significant market growth," says David Crawford, CEO of U.S. NetworX.
"The acquisition constitutes a logical, strategic extension of our capabilities as we continue to deliver the best e-commerce website solutions available anywhere."
U.S. NetworX provides such e-business solutions as Web site design, maintenance, and hosting, databases, intranets, Web site marketing, and dedicated servers, as well as nationwide Internet access.
