Web hosting automation software developer SWSoft announced on Wednesday that version 3.0 of its full business life-cycle automation solution HSPcomplete is now available for public testing.

HSPcomplete is designed to help hosting service providers run every aspect of their businesses, reducing costs while increasing revenue. The final release is slated for September 2004.

HSPcomplete 3.0 is integrated with SWsoft's Plesk automation software, allowing hosting providers to offer, provision, bill and manage shared hosting on Plesk servers. The solution delivers a number of new features, including a new interface, reseller enhancements, an event manager and Virtuozzo name-based hosting.

"Managing a growing hosting business and all of its facets has never been more challenging," says Kurt Daniel, director of marketing for SWsoft. "We have seen a significant strain being placed on our customers in managing more and more customers and servers. They need a cost effective solution that can help attract, service, upsell and retain all of their customers regardless of service offering."

In conjunction with the announcement, Web hosting provider Apollo Hosting (apollohosting.com) said it has selected HSPcomplete as its primary hosting platform.
