Web.com posts slightly higher results
Yesterday, Web services provider Web.com released the results for its first
quarter ended March 31, 2006. The company reported that total revenues for the
quarter were $12.3 million, up from $12.1 million in the November 2005 quarter.
Net income was a loss of $5.5 million, or $0.34 per share, including $5.3 million of
stock-based compensation and income tax benefits of $0.9 million, compared to a loss
of $2.6 million in the November 2005 quarter.

Rack-Soft releases new VoIP application
On Tuesday, server software provider Rack-Soft announced the release
of a beta version of its 4PSA VoIP-Now, the first VoIP control panel
for hosting service providers and Internet service providers.
