Danka selects MCI for Hosting
Imaging systems and services provider Danka Business Systems and
global communications provider MCI, announced they would sign a
five-year agreement in which
Danka Business Systems will outsource
the balance of its United States IT operations to MCI.

UHS Systems selects AT&T Hosting
AT&T announced yesterday that it would provide
hosting services to UHS Systems.
UHS Systems will house
its network servers in AT&T's data centers. AT&T said the deployment
will act as a hub for UHS Systems's North American transport alarm
activity and enable it to roll out its new IP-based security alarm
transport service.

Via Net.Works sells its Amen Group division
Web hosting company Via Net.Works announced late yesterday that it
had
completed the sale of its Amen Group divisions
and its Via US, Dutch
and Portuguese operations to Claranet for $9.3 million. The sale does not
include Via's operations in Spain and Germany and the PSINet Europe
division.
